This comprises 3 double bedrooms and one single bedroom with a large family bathroom. The ground floor living accommodation is organised with three interconnecting spaces. A formal reception with Edwardian panelled ceilings and hand printed wallpaper, a central library room with concrete fireplace and panelled walls and a kitchen/dining space that opens onto a planted garden.

Large doors and sliding panels allow the rooms to be interconnected or cellular. When interconnected living spaces overlap into one continuous 15 metre space with views onto the garden. Existing Edwardian features such as panelled ceilings, fireplaces and geometric tiles have been revealed and refurbished amplifying their qualities. Handmade wallpaper depicting scenes of the darker side of London line the front reception walls while the circulation spaces of the house are painted in a deep lead blue tone that contrasts against the white bright spaces of the living and sleeping accommodation.
