Specification
Hetley GF has the capacity for up to 2 people over 750 sq. ft. of space. The apartment is accessed from the ground floor through a planted front garden and original Victorian doors.

Inside the apartment rooms are characterised by tall ceilings and bright day-lit spaces. Upon entry your view is taken to the courtyard garden through the hallway and living area. The large double bedroom is fitted with hand made wardrobes that are equipped with TV, telephone, data and internet connections. Plentiful storage leaves the bedroom free for just the bed and simple furniture. Dark smoked oak floors contrast against the white walls and the red bedside lights. The en-suite is hidden behind flush bi-folding doors, revealing a walk in shower in black Zimbabwe and Statuario marble. Large full width mirrored cabinets contain storage for towels and bathroom cosmetics, whilst ceramic lights give a gentle glow to the room.

The living area is a tall white cubic space with polished concrete floors. Glazed doors to the courtyard fold back to allow the living room to extend as the planted courtyard becomes part of the living space. The dark stained timber kitchen is fitted with Pietra Serena worktops and counters, with a central island providing a place to prepare food and socially connect with the living room. The accommodation also includes a large cellar providing flexible storage.
