The way people live and work is changing both socially and economically. Globally more people move through urban centres for short periods, use the city flexibly, don’t require ownership and seek to have varied living experiences as opposed to being fixed in one place. Released from the restrictions of ownership, considerations of where you live & work are open allowing the freedom to have an expanded experience of the city.

Teatum+Teatum Space is an architectural response to this condition. We produce innovative contemporary architecture that offers unique living & working experiences and makes these spaces accessible to a wide audience providing short term flexible space to rent within the city.  

We create specific architectural responses to each site often referencing the unique physical and cultural context in which a site is located. Each project is a bespoke spatial configuration offering innovative narratives for living experiences in the City.

As an organisation we retain ownership of the vision from acquiring sites, through design concept to project completion and continue this vision into the long term operation of each Teatum+Teatum Space. This vision is unique in the development of Space and is founded on the belief that creating vibrant urban space for living & working requires a long term commitment.

Teatum+Teatum are creating a collection of spaces across the city that are accessible and offer an opportunity to live & work in unique architecture that inspires a narrative for living and dreaming.
